Eva is a very great person. She helped me find my place and in a great safe neighborhood.. We had a few bumps in the road as far as things not going as planned, but she assured me that she would find me the right place & she did. I can't thank her enough! I will be definitely be calling her again  when it's time for me to move.

We could not have asked for a better realtor to work with than Eva. Our condo was staged, she was SO helpful when it came to making sure the place looked its best. We were worried about finding a buyer but got a full asking price offer in just a couple of days! She went over the entire process with  us in amazing detail, was able to answer questions promptly and accommodate our schedule... we didn’t lose a single night’s sleep. When trying to sell your house — that’s basically a miracle :)

Eva is much, much more than a real estate agent. She walked me through the process, staged my home, and used some very creative marketing tactics to drive people to my home. She negotiated the heck out of the FOUR offers we received and in the end, she got me exactly what I wanted with a quick  and painless closing. Overall, she's a superstar to work with and I would definitely work with her again.

Eva and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I knew immediately they were a good fit when they were ready and willing to go see any house with us at any time, even though we told them upfront we were probably a ways off from buying. It really felt like they were there to help us and not in it for the commission check. They were a perfect mix of professionalism with a personal touch. They were willing to give their opinion if asked but were not at all pushy. Their experience was apparent as they were able to answer all of my questions from the search, to making an offer, straight to closing. It was a chance occurrence that my wife and I started working with them (they were the seller’s agent on a home we wanted to see), but we could not be more satisfied with our decision to have them represent us in our search for our first home.

We were first-time homebuyers with zero knowledge of the homebuying process. And as you can imagine from being first-time homebuyers, we had lots of questions, lots of panic attacks, and lots of nerves. Eva helped us through every step of the way. She responded to every question, calmed us down  when we needed to be calmed down, and overall made the process very enjoyable. She treated us with respect. We have since moved into our home and our family is beyond happy. We are so thankful for Eva's responsiveness, patience, knowledge, and professionalism -- not only did we end with the perfect home for our family from this experience but also a friend. Thank you Eva!  

Eva helped us find a great Reston townhouse when we weren’t sure what we needed. She took the time to show us houses we hadn’t considered so we could learn the current market for ourselves. She helped us every step of the way from searching to closing and even offered design help as we planned a  kitchen reno. Eva found us the perfect rental a year ago and stuck with us as we purchased our first home now. We will definitely call on her when we decide to move to our retirement home. She is the best.

Last fall I sold and purchased a home with the help of an amazing realtor, Eva Swersey. This was my fifth home purchase and I’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of realtors in the past and my mother was a realtor. I also happen to work in real estate finance and have previously worked for several regional commercial and residential developers. What I appreciated about the work of Eva and her team is that they are extremely knowledgeable and know the market and the players – if you need something fixed they know someone who can help you. Her team is hard working – houses don’t sell themselves. Eva and her team worked harder than any other realtor I’ve ever met – holding multiple open houses, broker’s open, and always making sure the lights were on for showings and everything was in its place. They even made a video, they followed up on the leads, they got answers…..all around---very professional. Like most people, you probably have a friend or a relative who is a realtor, you may feel pressure to use them. But you have options and if you do choose Eva, rest assured you will be working with the best!

Eva made my move to McLean, VA from Texas so much easier! With only a couple of days to condo hunt, she lined up several for us to see. Once we found the perfect condo, she helped with the myriad of tasks including processing digital paperwork and coordinating the right move-in schedule. It's the  perfect home for me! I owe a big thanks to Eva for making it happen! She took the time to understand my needs, was very responsive and provided outstanding service. I will contact her again for my next move!

First-time Homebuyer

Eva is amazing to work with!! I was a first time home buyer which was nerve racking enough and on top of that, I was new to the area. She is so knowledgeable about the area having lived here for 17+ years. She made me feel comfortable and never pressured me about anything. I always came first and  even though I know I wasn't her only client at the time, her top notch service made me feel like I was a priority.
